The Challenge

Online shopping can be overwhelming, too many choices, inconsistent sizing, and impersonal recommendations. Our goal was to design a system that delivers personalized, human-centered shopping experiences while balancing efficiency for stylists and buyers.

How might we design a seamless end-to-end fashion platform that connects shoppers, advisors, and buyers in one intuitive ecosystem?

Design Process

Research

Conducted heuristic evaluation of existing fashion apps and interviewed users to identify friction points in outfit discovery.

Ideation

Developed personas, empathy maps, and storyboards to visualize diverse user needs and interactions.

Prototyping

Designed low-fidelity wireframes in Figma, emphasizing accessibility and intuitive navigation.

Key Findings

Accessibility invites inclusion. Strong contrast and flexible text improved usability for all.

Clarity over clutter. Simplified layouts and clear navigation improved task success.

Transparency builds trust. Users preferred systems that explained why results appeared.
